Erin Pecci
Hope & Comfort Project Specialist
Erin Pecci joined the Hope & Comfort team in May 2026 as a part-time Project Specialist. A big part of Erin’s role is supporting Hope & Comfort’s network of community partners, whether that means troubleshooting orders, attending community events, or connecting during product pick-ups.
Erin brings experience in community engagement, program coordination, and personal insight shaped by navigating hygiene insecurity in her youth. Prior to joining Hope & Comfort, Erin managed civic engagement programming at Northeastern University and previously worked at Centerboard’s We Rise Program. Erin holds a Master of Social Work from Salem State University and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Social Work from Simmons University.
Erin is passionate about advancing equity, building meaningful community partnerships, and creating inclusive spaces where people feel celebrated and valued.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys thrift shopping, playing Dungeons & Dragons, spending time with her wife and their cat, and participating in her Unitarian Universalist congregation.
